The 2012 Ladies training series kickstarted with a successful run training session on Saturday 11th February. The next session will focus on cycling on sunday 26th February at 1.30pm at Sundrive cycling track. Yes all levels of fitness are welcome , we are always looking for new beginners.
The Thursday night circuits or the Friday night swims are the best sessions to start with and you can build up your fitness from there.
Plus in the new year we will be kicking off the women only training days.

HI Irene, yes you should join Triathlon Ireland. Membership year runs from January to December. The cost of Full Membership for 2011 was €50 + €3 for processing & transaction fees. I would suggest that you keep an eye on the Triathlon Ireland website over the next few weeks for details on membership fees and registration for 2012. Helen
