  
The 750m Swim Course
The swim will be a sea swim on a triangular course on Skerries North Beach. You will start on the beach and run into the sea to start. Swim route is shown on the map below.
Olympic competitors will complete the white course (1500m). Starting and finishing at the lifeboat launch ramp, with a 50m run on the North Beach at the midway point.
Sprint competitors will complete the red course (750m). Starting on the North Beach and finish at the lifeboat launch ramp.
