The 400m & 750m Swim

The swim will be dead straight along the Royal Canal. Starting close to the Kilcock Harbour (pictured). Waterquality exceeds that set out for a Blue Flag. Click for report.

The new transition area at the North Kildare Spoorts Club will be next to the finish, plus runners will pass by it at the end of their first lap. This will make the course better for spectators as well as competitors.
