We’re running a practice session on the Duathlon Course on Wednesday the 25th of April. This is ideal for both beginners as well as people looking to shave seconds off their times.
Meet before 7:15pm at the transition area at the top of the Kyber Hill, close to the Papal cross. Google street view & map
Duathlon Training Schedule
7:15pm – Warm-up and stretches
7:20pm – 2.7km Run of the Duathlon run loop.
7:35pm – transition review
7:45pm – 4km cycle of the Duathlon bike loop to be done once easy and once faster.
8:15pm go home.
